1. Use of Website & Services

You must be at least 18 years old, or have parental/guardian consent, to use our services.

All content on this site and in our programs is provided for educational and informational purposes only. It is not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

2. Nature of Services

Emerald Ayurveda provides Ayurvedic consultations, programs, seasonal cleanses, workshops, retreats, and online content to support your personal wellness journey.

Ayurveda is a traditional system of wellness and lifestyle practices. In the United States, Ayurveda is not a licensed medical discipline, and our services are not intended to replace the care provided by a licensed physician or healthcare provider.

3. Intellectual Property

All text, images, graphics, logos, and other content on this website are the property of Emerald Ayurveda (unless otherwise noted). You may not copy, distribute, or use our materials without prior written permission.

4. Payments, Refunds & Cancellations

Consultations:

  • Payment is required at the time of booking.
  • If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 48 hours in advance to receive a full refund.
  • Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice are non-refundable.

Online Courses & Workshops:

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.
  • No refunds are available once course access has been used or if the course has already started.
  • Transfers to another program may be considered upon request.

Retreats & Events:

  • Cancellations made at least 30 days prior to the start date are eligible for a 50% refund.
  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 30 days before the event.
  • In the rare case Emerald Ayurveda must cancel an event, you will receive a full refund.

Extenuating Circumstances:

We understand that life can be unpredictable. Refunds or credits for emergencies (such as illness, family crisis, or natural disaster) may be considered on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.

Processing Refunds:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 7–10 business days once approved.
  • Please email [email protected] with your request, including your name, program details, and reason for cancellation.

5. Limitation of Liability

You understand and agree that Emerald Ayurveda is not responsible for any outcomes, injuries, or damages that may result from your use of our website, programs, or services. Participation is voluntary, and you assume personal responsibility for your own health and choices.

6. Disclaimer of Medical Advice

The information provided by Emerald Ayurveda is not medical advice. Always consult with a licensed physician or healthcare provider before beginning any new health, diet, or lifestyle program.

7. User Responsibilities

When engaging with Emerald Ayurveda, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and honest information during consultations or registrations.
